Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology Brisbane - CBD - Manor Apartments

I didn't have much of problem in the past, let's say prior to Dec 2022. The staff member had been changed since then, my concerns about the experiences are as of below:1) the staff member always says they don't run the test in that clinic - once it was a stool test which they said no to; the other time is a swap to test flu/covid and a general blood test - which they turned me away;2) they lack of accuracy, once they had to separate a test and refer me to a different pathology, and they gave me the wrong collection tools3) seem to lack of professionalism. Once the staff took my blood, he didn't wear gloves or wash their hands prior to taking my blood, which appeared strange to me.4) I lodged an email complaint in the past through the general email, but never heard back.5) contacting SQP remains to be difficult, I've called and have been put on hold for more than 30 minutes already and am still waiting to speak to an extra human.

Ruta was very friendly, thorough my doctor asked for a lot of blood tests and she triple checked everything, to make sure nothing was missing and her blood drawing skills were in point, I felt nothing. She was also very nice to my toddler, who was being very cheeky Ruta was great!

I've been here many times on Saturdays and there is only one staff member on, but there isn't usually much of a wait. I do not like blood tests but the staff are always friendly and try to put me at ease.

I have been several Sullivan Nicolaides, this venue is the best! Kind and try to help patience compare with others. I will share with others how different service even same brand pathology.

Ive been here a few times and the staff have always been pleasant. Yes, sometimes the front desk is unattended but Ive never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes which I find quite reasonable for a walk-in clinic. Often there is no wait time at all. Once Im seen to the blood test is always quick and painless.
