First Parking | 53 Albert Street Car Park

Very easy to sign up online and once you have signed up, you don't need to book. When you enter and exit the premises, it recognises your number plate and you are charged on your nominated credit card. Customer service is exceptional and the operators are always very helpful. Have rung on a Saturday and Sunday and have always been able to speak to an operator. Just wish there were more car parks available for the general public. That would definitely make it a 10/10.

Once you sign up, you don't need to book online. When you enter the premises, it recognises your number plate and greets you by your account name. Cheap rates, too. Weekend parking $7 flat rate.

8 story carparks however 5 of 8 floors leased out to organisations. Very limited carparks available to public. Car park was full however there was no system to warn you. The boom gate still goes up if cars want to enter. There was no sign indicating when you enter the top floor and then you end up in a dead end. The space is tiny and hard to turn around when the car park is full.
