Out of 5 I give Crew Financial a 14. Richard and his team were sensational from start to finish. At a time when it is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain finance from banks, Richard knew how to guide the process towards a successful result. Thanks to Crew Financials professionalism, knowledge and diligence, I will definitely use their services again in the future. Highly recommended.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Matt when refinancing our home loan. First of all, he advertised a service which no other lender did - the ability to refinance, on a very low rate, whilst stood down by my employer (Covid related). I could not believe this was possible. Especially, after a visit to my big 4 lender of 20 years, who advised they could not adjust my rate at all. Even, in the midst of hardship. I simply had to contact Matt. From the get go, and right throughout the process Matt was incredibly sincere and considerate. It was obvious that a priority for Matt was that clients were comfortable and informed. Any challenges were dealt with quickly and easily (Matt is amazingly patient), and the end result is one we couldnt be more happy with. We have a super competitive loan, with a terrific new lender. I want to thank Matt for displaying the utmost professionalism during the entire refinancing process. I hope to do more business with Matt and Crew Financial in the future.
