If I could give a 0, thats the experience after being put onto this mob by TM Finance! Blatantly refused to answer questions about the contract and cause we pulled out sent us an invoice for a valuation however refuses to send us the valuation report. Stay away!

Rang First Mac today, clearly stated I am experiencing financial hardship. To see if there is anything they could do for any small reprieve. Being a single income earner etc. I got no help at all and if anything he was being half smart about it. So in the end it was a big fat no!!! Nothing at all, thanks for nothing!!! Just a number and nothing more, could not careless.!!! Can't wait to refinance !!!

Very poor service, my loan was settled at the end of February, my interest rate was as high as 7.59%, but they are now giving new customers an interest rate of 6.99%. The interest rate given by other companies is now 6.59%!customer service is very tough!

I have used first Mac twice now and to be honest they have done right by me. I had an i30 sedan financed through them and after 6 or so months behold life happened I had to buy an SUV and from that minute I picked up that phone and called them, Camelia was genuinely interested in helping me out we had a lot convos etc and she just showed that real servant heart. That made feel confident dealing with her. The whole process was just amazing. Thank you Team. Kooni thank you too for all your help in first tracking my application and making sure that the response was on time. You both deserve a pay rise and I hope the company looks after you super well.
