If you ever want a loan, Please call Glen from Metland, I have been working with a few brokers trying to get my construction of the new home started however with the interest rates rising and different banks giving me so many excuses I had almost given up on the dream of building my first home. Glen called me and he said we will work something out. He tried with so many options and we worked through different scenarios and he finally he got it done. He made the impossible, possible.
