I've dealt with quite a few mortgage brokers and Roger from Champion is by far the best. I was self employed and my finances were a bit all over the shop. But Roger steered me through the process and got a great loan for me. Since then Roger has organised 4 loans for me. I will never go to anyone else. Do yourself a favour and call them now!

As a first home buyer I sought out Brisbane Home Mortgage Brokers due to the great reviews from other customers. We worked with Roger Ward who was helpful, professional and had our best interests in mind at all times. He made the process seem simple although I know it was not and kept us updated so I never felt worried. He also gave us property reports which really helped us negotiate a price we were happy with. My decision to engage with you was due to being unfamiliar with the process of buying a home and I was feeling completely overwhelmed with the enormity of the task. I wanted to discuss firstly, before even applying to a financial institution, what my financial position was and how strong my application would be given my past and current circumstances. Another factor that played a part in me engaging with you was the ability to discuss any aspect of my financial circumstances without bias, due to you not being affiliated with any particular institution. I knew that the information I was receiving was not swayed by loyalty to a particular financial product or offer. It was evident from the conversation at our first meeting that you placed a high importance on guiding me to make the right lifestyle decision, not only the right financial decision. Where I chose to purchase my home, the style of home I purchased and the lifestyle implications of these choices were as important to relay to me as was the type of loan, interest rates, loan terms etc. Your advise and insights were clearly holistic, not just financial. The discussions left me with much to think and ponder, which I am so grateful for and I believe this has allowed me to make the right decisions in the long run. At no time during the application process did I feel that you were not working on my behalf. Your phone calls and emails were reassurance that you were working 'behind the scenes' and the fact that I was not needed in any negotiations was such a relief.
