Mixed experiences working for Chandler Macleod. The recruitment agent who hired me, Morgan, was wonderful and kind throughout the recruitment process and even after. Jordan, a site manager, was also very easy and chill to consult with. However I had a terrible experience with a site manager/consultant by the name of Kim Moss, who was extremely rude, dismissive, condescending, and power tripping following a simple inquiry regarding my shift days/ hours. Kim Moss does not know how to engage properly with staff, and is the type of manager to abuse her power. I ended up leaving my role because of her behaviour.

UPDATE- happy for you to share the reply here, why a contractor job is advertised as APS job? Do we get paid as the same scale of an ongoing APS staff or do we get any loading for being a casual staff? We receive 10% Super, APS staff receives 15% super. Our jobs are no way considered as APS job then why do you advertise them as APS position? Its a no work no pay, low pay, contractual and temporary position. This is a big red flag how CM adverises the positions as APS where they are just contractual jobs within APS departments. No contractor is an APS employee nor their position can be classified as APS. As contractor we receive a very low salary than the same APS position holder, forget loading it's just a no work no pay job. Don't be fooled by the APS ads, once again they have no connection with APS position, salary or other opportunities!
