We have engaged the LCC Group to provide a brand refresh and new digital marketing strategy for our music services business, and we could not recommend their services highly enough. Laura, Ariana and the team have provided exceptional and timely advice in all areas of the project. They have the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness and have been a delight to work with. One of our favourite things about the business is the 'all-in-one' service they are able to deliver; from advice on brand tone of voice to logo design, social media strategy and video and content marketing. My initial work with Laura was when she was running the brand marketing nationally for Puma Energy. In that role, I saw her deliver an incredible volume and breadth of work in a high pressure environment, push the boundaries to execute innovative ideas, make fairly mundane things exciting, weave brand messages into places most people wouldn't think to and skilfully get the best out of a roster of agency teams, stakeholders and partners. When she started consulting, I immediately enlisted Laura's services because I wanted to formalise our brand and achieve consistency across the board. I needed a way to clearly communicate who we are and what we stand for to new interns and hires, partners and suppliers. After a few sessions together, Laura was able to brilliantly articulate our brand into something meaningful that I could share and people could use as a guide to faithfully represent my business. She really 'got us' and it was obvious she understood the practicalities of our applications and opportunities to bring our brand to life.
