Way to often are we asked to write reviews about companies who to be honest just and only just make the grade as professionals who deserve whatever fees they charge. However; I have no problems at all in recommending the CLAIMS group to anyone who has to make a claim to their Insurance Company. From the very start of the process the initial site damage assessor was extremely professional and detected damage that I would have most definitely missed. These damages alone would have amounted to the loss of a substantial amount of the overall repair bill. If I submitted this claim myself, I know I would have overlooked 75% of the damage that they detected and I am in the construction industry. The document completion process is simple to complete and understand with none of the small print traps that we as a claimant has to compete with when going direct to our Insurance Companies. The people within CLAIMS really know their stuff and how to manoeuvre around large insurance organisations and hold them responsible for everything that you are entitled to. I strongly suggest that people contact Harley Mills at the CLAIMS Group prior to any contact with their own insurance in regards to a claim. Personally, I give them a hundred percent in regards to trust and competency.
