After waiting for 13 months, my husband and I had our PR approved today! It feels like a tonne was taken off our shoulders! We are still processing the information and understanding what it really means, but we can finally celebrate! Valmor, Bianca and Jason are extremely knowledgeable, and they were always available and quick at answering our enquiries.
