(Translated by Google) We arrived at the hotel apartment in the evening and the room was infested with cockroaches, we found about ten in 3 hours. I called the 24 hour service and the person told me that there were cockroaches in all the hotels we have done others before and that was not the case. Fortunately, the next morning I went to the reception and the lady (very nice by the way) immediately changed our room. The new room was less infested (2 cockroaches seen in 6 nights) but the cleanliness was not up to par. Lots of dust and everything was a bit dated. (Original) Nous sommes arrivs le soir dans lappartement htel et la chambre tait infeste de cafards, nous en avons trouv une dizaine en 3 heures. Jai appel le service 24/24h et la personne ma dit quil y avait des cafards dans tous les htels nous en avons fait dautres avant et ce ntait pas le cas. Heureusement, le lendemain matin jai t la rception et la dame (trs gentille dailleurs) nous a tout de suite chang de chambre. La nouvelle chambre tait moins infeste (2 cafards vus en 6 nuits) mais la propret ntait pas au rendez-vous. Beaucoup de poussire et tout tait un peu vieillot.

Everything. The room was Absolutley nothing like the online photos and it definitely is over priced. The room was outdated, old, dark and gloomy. The shower constantly scorched you every 2 minutes. The sink constantly got blocked and the toilet didnt flush properly. The lamp in the room constantly cut out. The kitchen area was so tiny there was nowhere to actually cut up the food you wanted to cookalso there was no chopping board for this either or a pair of scissors. We asked for two keys on two seperate occasions one for me and one for my boyfriend. The first time they gave us a second key that didnt work. So we asked again and they gave us back the key that didnt work and then proceeded to mention they were the only keys they had for that room. Because of this I had to leave for work one morning leaving our room unlocked as their reception was closed and then I had to ring them once opened and ask them to lock this for us. On the floor we stayed on there were random people screaming at night? Overall the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at.

Where do I start. The room was old, carpets all stained, dining chair totally broken and left there, rubbish from people before us not taken away. Cannot say executive apartments as the quality is cheap and rubbish. Definitely not worth the price. Walkability: Not a long walk to city

Definitely not worth $182 + a night keep watching online for better deals is what I did & got it under $120 a night which would be perfect price not $180 plus, If your after a room with a bed and shower and not spending too much time indoors thats a place to stay. Location was great! The pool was in the shade all the time and freezing cold to get in for summer. I had a car & I had to park in the car park next to reception I was given a number to always park there but people always parked in my spot leaving me short with my car being big I could not turn around & finding a park was really hard especially when your paying for a designated spot which I did. I was told $15 per night by the caretaker at night then be charged $18 the next day per night. When I booked online I couldnt purchase parking and I had no idea to ring and book parking which hopefully they will put this online for future reference. The photos did not look like the rooms. There was no bin bags your was given one & not once was my room cleaned during my stay which was disappointing so take your own bin bags! I didnt know there was a washing machine and dryer in my room but you can only use during the day not past 8pm onwards due to the noise which being out doing things all day getting home late wasnt convenient. Plus the bed was a pull out beds no comfortable at all. No doona either just a sheet on top.
