        Andrew has been excellent in providing advice on a potential property for purchase. He was extremely thorough, explained to us potential issues and recommended appropriate actions. He was extremely friendly, highly professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. Andrew definitely goes above and beyond!

        We feel so lucky to have Andrew to do the pre-purchase for our first home. We knew very little about building things so were not confident in our choice. We have read some building reports during our home search journey though and can tell Andrew's report is much more detailed, comprehensive and easier to understand compared to any other report we've ever read. Andrew took us for a house tour to explain every single issue he found and explained how serious each issue is. He also answered all our questions after we received the reports. We'll definitely want Andrew and Ryan to do our building and pest for the next property we'll buy in the future.

The admin team were very helpful and flexible with changes and getting the booking organised, and Andrew was extremely professional, insightful and helpful on-site for the inspection. The report was delivered overnight and was easy to understand, with very helpful information.
