I am very please with the service that we received from STAC Capital. We had a poor experience with our previous broker and STAC provided us with a great service. The range of loan options provided was helpful to see how the loans stacked up against each other and the level of communication to ensure the settlement deadline was met was exceptional. We also had a few complexities associate with equity and STAC have kept working for us even after the property had settled.
