I contacted the Fair Work Commission and out of nowhere, I was contacted by Supportah an hour later. They must pass on cases to them. My case was quickly escalated and at first I felt very supported. My case went to the Qld Human Rights Commision within a few months and that's when things got weird. I didn't get any debrief or follow up from them. I emailed 3 times over a 2 week period. No replies. So I contacted the Mediator of that QHRC hearing who was great and helped me understand the process. Miles found out I contacted them (which was my right to do so) and then set up a meeting with me for the sole purpose to tear shreds off me - imagine abusive, illogical "mad man" shouting spitting down the phone. He made out I had gone behind his back. He was shouting at me that I chose the wrong company "if I expected hand holding by them" and that my emails were taking time away from his other cases. I took a smaller settlement to end my association with Miles asap. I could have taken it further legally, and got more money. He shot himself in the foot by showing who he really was as a person - a dishonourable, abusive, emotionally irrational bully. He does a good job when there's a lot of money to make and you shut up and don't ask questions and stay in the dark. I'm glad of the small result for myself, and happier still I got out early, but feel sorry for his staff. Avoid this company and go with someone else.

One star because it won't let me leave 0!!! This is an absolute joke of a company!!! Do yourself a favour and steer WELL CLEAR !! Hang you out to dry then dump you like a dirty nappy!!!! Absolutely furious!!!! TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

Terrible company to deal with. The legal services commissioner has also confirmed this is NOT a Registered law firm in QLD and that the person I was dealing with does NOT even hold a current practising certificate to practice law in QLD

Miles Heffer is an absolute revolting arrogant and rude disgrace. PLEASE do not waste your time with this individual. I had my 2nd FREE case assessment this evening. There were connection problems so I was having difficulty hearing him so I asked him to repeat himself and he yelled at me to go elsewhere and hung up the phone in my face in-front of my fianc . This Disgrace amplified my stress levels during a bad time for me.He should go back to flipping burgers like his previous career. Bizarre experience stay away at all costs..so glad I never spent 1 cent here! Stay away!
