Booked for them to come out, and they didn't show up. I called to ask whether we should still be expecting someone and they said they had forgotten to add our booking to their schedule. We rebooked for another date a few weeks later and agreed upon a time that they would visit. They didn't show up again, and I called 15 minutes after the agreed upon time, and was advised that they would be 1-2 hours late, even though that had not contacted me before the appointment to advise that this would be the case. I ended up cancelling the visit as I could not wait around, and was told to 'be more understanding' about the two no-shows, and that they would 'apply to waive' the callout fee, even though the only reason we cancelled was because they didn't show up.
