appalling service. out of 15 phone calls, none were answered. i have left multiple voicemails, and sent emails too, but no joy. the one response i received was when i asked my dentist to contact them. since then, all my correspondence has gone unanswered. i feel sorry for any of your patients.

I recommend Dr. Mack and his team a 100 percent. I have been to 14 different dentists/dental surgeons/orthodontists in Austria and did not expect to immediately find an outstanding dentist in Brisbane. I am glad I followed all the Facebook recommendations and went to see him. He is not only a true expert, but takes his time, explains everything, does not do any unnecessary procedures, is available also outside practice times and works together with other experts. I did not even feel the injection he gave me. I will be back very soon!

I have to say i had no discomfort after Florian designed my partials. I think he is very clever in what he does. A true professional. He has a lovely team to assist him as well. Love your work Florian.

Florian and his expertise have pretty much changed my life . I have spent Thousands of $$$ on ill fitting dentures only to be told that i have allergies to acrylics. Florian had undergone several testings and has found the material which is right for me. It wasn't the actual material which i was allergic to , it was the way the acrylic has been processed which is extremely important. I can now smile with confidence again and actually enjoy a meal without pain and embarrassment. I would recommend SEQ Dental anytime .
