    Honestly, top five WORST customer service, and there's some tough competition out there. Only posting review because this is now our THIRD "customer service experience" with Transurban. Rude people in Manila call centre who are little to no help (confused, hard to understand, constant mistakes, angry from the get-go... a triumph of training, guys!) Dealt with that cesspool FIVE times in two weeks, never less than 20 minutes. Even their "video matching" (extra fee!) is complete rubbish. Talk about high-tech AI... 2+ weeks to sort out/post the charge, so good luck if you're jetting off somewhere in the following few days, Transurban sentences you to 2-3 weeks of endlessly checking to see when the charge eventually pops up (and when ours eventually did, there were major mistakes.) And yes, their website was down repeatedly over 36 hour period for "maintenance" so we were unable to set up a RoadPass etc. (tried 3 times - screen captures to prove it.) Hey Transurban Group? Hope your share price has made all that misery you inflict worth it!

    I lodged a fault with traffic lights at Albion Rd and McLennan Street at least a month ago and see nothing has been done to rectify, what's the issue, do you need to see accidents before you act?

    Australian subsidiary linkt Deliberately have an excessively long phone menu system to discourage people from calling. Phone number difficult to find, call centre not furnished with appropriate level of informaiton to adequately resolve the query.

    My daughter is being charged for tolls in Melbourne and now Sydney. Unauthorised transactions. Getting help a nightmare. Considering legal action as emotional toll quite serious apart from financial.
