        OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE - regarding faulty item. I called to ask for a gift card/refund on a faulty item. From the start to finish I felt herd and the professional staff members ( Holly: store of purchase) & (Shakira : customer service) should be extremely proud to work for a great company who looks after there customers. City Beach is our family favourite store and will always shop there, however this type of customer service makes a difference when it comes to the crunch. Most parents and customers would agree with me I think. Thank you City beach for looking after your customers and making life a pleasure for your staff also. One happy customer - Annie
