Vero Insurance

This has to be the worst insurance company! I have spent over an hour on hold every time I call! They say the assessor take 7-10 days to college an assessment - what a joke! Every time I call they take 15 mins just to find my claim even when I provide the number!! Never ever again would I deal with Vero

Still waiting to speak to someone. on hold 45 minutes and yet no human picking up my call. this is the fourth time in two weeks Ive called and its been the same wait times- its now 10.55 am .. EDIT - in the end my call went to The Phillipines after a 1hr & 9 min wait to speak to someone here in Australia I was told they were very busy and long cue which I do not believe for a millisecond! An hour and 9 minutes, thats a poor response time to speak to a human (online enquiries do not provide me with support, especially because I am Autistic) ..I may as well have been calling Centrelink where the hold times are pretty much the same! Every call to vero in last 2 weeks has has excessive wait times Poor Poor Poor

This is gonna be one of the worst companies to ever deal with. My vehicle was hit by one of the clients six weeks ago. To date this company has blown me off and miss lead not only my insurance company but also both my insurance company and all involved. The owner of the vehicle that hit my van is doing everything he can to help me. As it stands, this company has not been honest at all to say the least. I have text and email documents to prove this. This company is doing everything they can to avoid their obligations.

Not surprised that everyone who has written a review has given Vero 1 star! I made my first insurance claim in my life for the hail storm that affected Springfield Lakes. The repairs have not been completed to standard after multiple attempts over a period of about 15 months. They use HomeRepair which is a front for insurance companies who use cheap and substandard contractors and make you feel like you are unreasonable for wanting the repairs to be completed to the original standard. It has been a nightmare so far but I am lucky that I haven't been impacted as badly as others in the area.
