If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not a customer. I am someone who also works on Albert Street and of a morning, rides a scooter to work passing this cafe. There is a lanky boy with shoulder length curly brown hair who feels it's his responsibility to step infront of scooters as they pass by. I scoot by at anywhere between 6-7am in the morning when there are barely any customers at your cafe. He has done this twice now and this morning going out of his way to block my path like a chikd in the playground and having a go at me saying "slow down this is a "functioning restaurant"" as if I'm doing 20km/h. I was doing 10km/h. First of all, the public footpath is not part of your restaurant. So pedestrian's, of which I am one being on a mobility device, are free to use the footpath despite your "functioning restaurant". Secondly, I am legally allowed to ride my scooter at a maximum of 12km/h on any given footpath. Check transport and main roads website. If this boy jumps in my way again he may very well cause an accident. If I am injured because he wants to be a hero, I will be suing him for pre-meditated assault (as this is a pre-planned pattterned behaviour) and the restaurant for not training their staff correctly and allowing reckless behaviour. Unless you have a speedo gun or are the police I suggest you stick to waiting tables and go through the proper avenues if scooters are such a big problem for you. This is the second time this has happened. Don't let there be a third or I will be pressing charges as this is not just endangering myself but you as well. So idiotic and childish.

We were left behind for 40 with no service, and the manager came in and to us the system was broken, our orders were not being processed. The manager felt sorry. Nevertheless, its inevitable not to give a 1 star.
