William Buck have done an outstanding job of assisting our company to transfer to a new business model and accounting system. I signed up with Paul Copeland and then straight away got handballed to a less experienced Accountant with below average personal skills, and accounting skills. We stayed for a few years, and every year I would pick up glaringly obvious errors. As an example, I was told we couldn't claim land tax that was charged to us on our PPOR (this property wasn't our PPOR while living interstate). And by definition you get charged land tax on investment properties, not PPORs, so of course we can claim it. This was the advice of a senior accountant apparently. If I wasn't as clued on I'd have lost $1000s every year using William Buck. We should have changed accountants years ago. Disappointingly, Paul was unapologetic / unresponsive when I provided feedback saying I was switching accountants. He showed very little care or interest.
