        If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Very disappointed with service !!! Wanting to exchange a size in a $200 trench coat was sent to the DFO Brisbane store from another store located more than 50mins away. First store tried to call numerous time but with no answer. Was told they have one in my size get there and Im told that it is on hold for someone else!!!! Who put it on hold if you dont answer the phone Im then told they dont answer the phones on the weekend. Horrible experience and the culture is obviously driven from the unfriendly mature staff. DO BETTER!!!!

        Worst experience with the mature staff very rude and unwilling to help i would not recommend anyone to come to this store and the store manager should train your staff properly, very discrimination against certain people in the store. You have loss another customer that loves portman goodbye.
