        as we are scheduled to fly (ex Brisbane) in a little over a month, we are seeking advice if Emirates B/C Lounge has reopened since the refurbishment or are passengers directed to an alternative lounge Thanks

        The lounge is closed with no indication of opening hours. A sign says that it is under renovation. Why weren't we advised of this at check-in?

        Well there currently isnt one! I was told at Check-in that the Emirates Lounge was under refurbishment but to go to Gate 81. No signage or directions anywhere! Made my own way upstairs to the Plaza Premium Lounge and they kindly said that they were servicing Emirates Pax but yes, there was no signage yet. Found a spot in what was avery busy Lounge. - not a patch on my usual Emirate experience!
