Came into the pool and tile company today and spoke with holly. Holly was fantastic at helping myself and my partner with our tile selection for our new pool. She showed us all options for our pool coping tile selections, as well as Waterline tile and step tile selections that will match the interior colour of our pool and the exterior surround colours to make sure everything blends in. Staff were great, knowledgeable and helpful and arranged the London Grey Marble tiles quickly for us. Unfortunately the bull nose tiles for the pool edge had chips in them and dont look great, and also have over 20 of the regular thinner tiles broken in the crates they were delivered in. Love the final look of the tiles but disappointed with the chips around the pool edge, if the tilers had of brought it to my attention I would have returned them prior to laying.
