Wish I had read the reviews before getting into the taxi line. Just got RIPPED OFF for a 10 minute ride from Brisbane Airport to Ibis Airport Hotel. Driver proceeded to turn the meter off 2 mins away from the hotel and when paying just made a fare up!! $37.40 plus fees = $39.27!!! I am in Australia arent I and not Bali??? DONT USE THIDS BUSINESS! I would give it a zerodoesnt even deserve a star! I have emailed you the bill as requested. I hope something comes of it!

On May 13 at 7:30am my partner and I used this taxi to travel from international terminal to domestic terminal in Sydney. The taxi was shabby with worn out seats smelling cigarette smokes. The driver seemed to be a heavy smoker and certainly smoked in his taxi cabin. The driver did not look healthy and had a cup of tea in his driver's compartment. He took us for a ride and longest way he could to arrive at the domestic terminal and stopped somewhere on the road to have a conversation with one of his colleagues. We didn't understand since he was not speaking in English. The taxi fare we paid was $45.26. We feel total rip off as he took his time to go via eastern suburbs and return to domestic airport. Very disappointed to be ripped off by this taxi company. Never again.

They overcharged me last time. After a complaint, I received no explanation for the overcharging. This time, according to the receipt, they have charged me 10 dollars more than last time. There is a charge for 9.09 dollars for 'other' with no explanation as to what this is.

WHAT A RIP OFF!!! Charged $40 for a taxi trip from Brisbane airport to Brisbane airport ibis a trip of less than 10 mins. The driver turned the meter off and just made up a number I think. Please avoid this company.
