I had the best customer service since the 2000s today at DFO Baku.. the women who served me were BRILLIANT humans.. attentive yet relaxed and not in your face.. their knowledge of product was exceptional. If the shop had more in my size I would have purchased at least 5 pairs.. to the designer.. THANK YOU for finding fabric and style that SUITS WOMEN with curves that aren't Nanny prints.. sexy swim wear in TEXTURED fabric.. NAILED IT

Just had the best experience shopping at Baku in Brisbane DFO. Caitlin was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & professional. Couldnt be happier with the service & the items I ended up purchasing:)

I cannot thank Alison from Baku DFO for her time on Saturday when I walked into the store not knowing what I was looking for. Alison spent almost an hour with me showing me countless styles of bikinis all with a huge smile and a lovely demeanour . I walked out with a fabulous bikini and a big smile. Would definitely recommend shopping at BAKU DFO. Thank you Alison x

I have shopped here previously and it was amazing. A few weeks ago I make a trip to DFO Brisbane for the sole purpose of getting a new swimsuit from Baku. I wish Incould say the service was terrible because that would have at least meant I was acknowledged. My husband and I were the only people in the store with a sales assistant that did everything possible to avoid eye contact and service. After hubby helping me to get down swimwear and helping me in the change rooms I decided I would leave minus the swim suit. She didn't deserve my sale. I emailed Baku customer service and voiced my experience and was ignored as well. This is why I have made a public post. As spending changes and it is more important then ever to support Australian Business I am extremely disappointed that this Australian Business seems to not care.
