Jay helped out the Inverell Show Society - remotely - with their printer problem. We are in NSW and there isn't a local Konica agent close by. We are very grateful for his help.

We were ready to throw away our Konica Bizhub220 Multi-Function Centre - after much frustration and moments that Denis Denuto would have been proud of from the movie The Castle - until we found the details for Jay from Schrodter Imaging on Gumtree. A quick call to Jay and he quickly reassured us that he could help and set us up for success - and to not throw out the machine! A 2 hour service, tutorial and connection set-up to multiple machines and we were greatly impressed! The machine not only worked well but we felt comfortable in using it with confidence. Jay's professionalism, easy-going approach to photocopier related disaster management and assurance regarding the equipment and technology was not only greatly appreciated - it was a sanity saver!
