Kieran and Tom assisted me to move house last week (Townsville) 26/8/20. This was such a huge move for me because I had lived in this house for 40 years. I couldnt have been happier with the service I received. Kierans professional attitude and friendly manner helped me to feel secure and to place my trust in them. It was a difficult move but I was extremely satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bless them and thank you Kieran and Tom

Nathan and Jack were absolutely brilliant. Best removalists we have ever used. Not only were they highly professional and hard working they made moving less stressful with their friendly demeanour. Very slow service waste too much time on phone while doing job. Took 4 hours to do 2.5 hour jobs even with my own help and also I have everything ready pull apart my furniture for them before they arrive, i thought they would be professional as I been told on the phone and agree to pay $170 an hour but na they send a teenager as a second person. they damaged my $1800 mattress and couch as they slide it on the floor. Moved 3 times in past with same stuff no other movers took more than 3 hours. even this time I made them put half of my stuff in garage if they had to take upstairs probably take them another hour also I moved only 7.5km away which is 10 min drive. Rang them after in the office the guy was even shocked about taking too long as I only have 1 bedroom apartment sought of stuff but he said he is passing that complaint to state manager but nothing happen. Stay away from them better to find someone on gumtree much cheaper and also this movers find their PROFESSIONAL movers on gumtree.
