Great service but these days ans great shoes.

Clarise at DFO was lovely, personable and efficient. By contrast, at Chermside nobody even tried to serve me at all.

I went in looking for shoes and your store clerk, Eunju, was warm, friendly and welcoming straight away. She took the time to ask me what I wanted. I was looking for a shoe I can wear in the office, walk long distance in, and wear at the gym. It was a tough task but Eunju gave me really great recommendations that looked stylish and was suitable for my needs. She even took the time to measure my feet and brought out multiple sizes so we could find just the right shoe for me. She helped me find the perfect shoe! I was so impressed by the customer service I received. I had gone to other shoe stores in the centre but was usually left to my own devices. It was so refreshing going to ECCO where I was treated with care and attention. Eunju went above and beyond. Eunju is an asset to your store. It was my first time shopping at ECCO and I'll definitely be coming back.
