Love this brand and have been buying for years. This time around from DFO Brisbane left a bit disappointed as after buying a Suit jacket was refused to be given a suit bag as the item was on sale. I still spend $200 bucks for a jacket so being said I am not entitled to a suit bag?? Simply don't understand they undervalue a customer for buying a jacket on sale.

My partner and I visited 14th of August on Sunday around 12:30pm We bought a jacket and ordered a pair of pants through the salesperson because they didn't have the size we needed. He also said that it would be delivered to us by the end of the week as they are really fast with the orders. They would also send an email when it's shipped He was very kind and professional. However by the end of the week we hadn't received anything in the mail. Nor an email or call. We tried to call them with the number we were provided but it didn't ring. We then tried to call customer service however they didn't answer the phone either. We sent an email through the website and they didn't get back to us. We then called another store and they answered the call and offered to help us at this point it was the 25th of August. We didn't hear anything back and ended up going back to the store on the 28th august. They had our order out back and said they dont have a phone line (why were we provided a phone number) and that they didn't know where to send it. We had given them our phone number and address on the day we ordered it. It seems that they were hoping that we wouldn't come back. Very disappointed in the entire experience
