Worst supplier I ever dealt with, always missing item, I could imagine their inefficient management. We have already send the order through MarketMan, and they will ask you to do extra work to send them email, otherwise there will be no delivery. I dont understand, and they are the only supplier that ask you to do this. If you accidentally forget, unfortunately you have to pick it up yourself.

I am still incredibly happy with my service from this company. Although the transition from QFS to Superior was bumpy. What can you expect, it's not an easy transition. My rep is amazing so helpful and detailed.

Update Has to be one of the worst food delivery suppliers, last 2 orders complete shambles Ordered Sunday for Tuesday delivery, they delivered to the wrong business and charged us not knowing which company they sent it to. Previous order out of stock sent wrong stock twice then called to say no stock of the other, then had to settle for the 1st product they sent, 3 different drivers and billed for delivery with their error. Numerous calls still trying to sort it out, not good So far so good, stocks are zero to low, had to stock other lines so go something to sell.they have taken over from quality food service. Qfs had more stocks, sfs seems to carry less Delivered 1st drop which is always goo
