The bloke behind the counter was more worried about what was on his coworkers phone than to serve me, then once attended to was over charged for a nasty burger they just microwave nothing fresh for $15 my work boot probably taste better

I started working at the domestic airport in Jan 22 and out of all the coffee shops this is hands down the best! The staff are fantastic friendly and even laugh at my jokes. They all my know my name and i only wished they had name badges so I could give them a personal thank you. The other shops have a high turn over of staff but Merlo has had the same staff. Well done to the crew! Update for 2023, still fantastic and they have name badges now! A little tip if you are a regular at the airport purchase a ticket of 5 coffees and it works out cheaper plus you dont have to line up! Just write your name and type of coffee and hand it straight to the barista.
