Was given gifts for a newborn who came early so unable to get in within 30 days and they refused to exchange. Didn't want a refund just a bigger size of same items and was advised that's the policy and nothing they can do. How disappointing for what I'm sure were not cheap items. Will not be recommending Ollie's place to any friends and definitely won't buy gifts for anyone at risk that they don't bring back in time
