        High excess charges for tolls/fuel. I travel regularly for work and have never seen charges this high, at least 30% higher than other providers. Recommend inspecting vehicles closely for damage prior to leaving as there were significant defects missed, if I have not noticed, I would have been stung heavily on the return.

        The car I was given was in a higher class than I had booked and was also practically brand new (only 25km!). The agents were pleasant to deal with for both pickup and dropoff. Will rent from them again!

        Was great last minute booking, great service and just be aware of airport rental bookings dot com with separate charges from when you pickup from the company. A direct contact to Book direct with Enterprise Rent-A-Car would be good
