MAC Brisbane International Airport

Have nothing but praise to the girl who helped me. Despite the fact working on labour day, she tried few foundation colour for me with great patient and friendly attitude. We did the whole purchase under the pressure of my mums silence screaming to rush me board the plane She is super nice! I also loved the lipstick colour she got for me(mull it over)! And MAC, please fix the lighting of this store!

I truly hope this gets back to an amazing worker at MAC Brisbane domestic airport. This is for the shop directly across from the food court. I dont want to shop with anyone else but the amazing Serena Ao! She has the best tips for all products. She has helped me so much and when I went back she remembered who I was and everything. Which is super rare considering how many customers are in the store daily. Thank you so much, Ill definitely be back. If you want any handy tips I highly recommend Serena!

I often buy myself an eyeshadow palette at the airport. Regrettably, this shop seemed to be closed every 20 minutes for a 10 minute break. When I finally got in there I was looking at some of the palettes. I walked around the shop looking for the display - there wasnt one, so made the assumption that the ones I had spotted were the display ones and opened a palette that was on display. I was asked not to open them. I get it, not Covid safe. I asked how would I know what the colours in each palette were, only to be told that had no testers and that they had just arrived today. Who would spend on a mystery selection of colours? I walked out very disappointed.
