Was told to order by the 9th of December 2020. Ordered on 7th Dec 2020 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Called today 21st Dec asking for a con note. Lady told me there's a 4 week delay and the machine won't be despatched before Christmas. I asked to speak with someone in a position to answer my enquiry. I was repeatedly told to make a complaint on the website, I repeatedly pushed back needing to speak with someone who can answer my question. The Thermomix representative told me the sales consultant had no right in telling me there was an order cut off date. Not good enough guys, you took my money in advance, no updates nothing. I had concerns this wasn't going to work out well and my gut feel was correct. The sales consultant has her phone off. This appears a great little pyramid scheme working well for someone!

My thermomix needed a service and repairs and I sent it in which was a quick and efficient process. I got a text message when it arrived and a day later a text message that an email was sent to my email address with a quote. I never got the email and after enquiring by email and by phone we noticed that there was a typo in my email address and it was changed in the system. I paid on the phone after the lady told me the price and got an email the next day telling me that my Thermomix is ready for transit and will be sent soon. Nothing happened for a week and I sent another email to the customer service. I received exactly the same email again shortly after and this time my Thermomix was sent. I never got an apology for all the mix-ups even though I sent an email asking for a personal email to explain. All I got were the fabricated emails after they fixed my email address. My Thermomix is fixed though although an expensive undertaking. I am not happy with the lack of communication or personal handling of my case.
