Very happy to have our sewer pipe unblocked of tree roots. John came out ASAP. He was friendly, efficient and timely. He was able to show me the condition of my old clay pipes where the roots were getting in, all the way through to the main sewer connection (camera), The camera took away any guessing of what the pipe condition was like. A picture is worth a thousand words. There was no upselling to us on work that was not required. I recommend Best Flow Plumbing and will engage with them in the future. Stuart. John came round to install a new toilet and upgraded our old galvanised pipes to plastic. He also replaced an old leaking tap he noticed in the yard while checking the water pressure. My wife and I were delighted by the difference this has made to the water pressure, especially in our bathroom where showering has gone from a disappointing drip to divine!
