Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the store manager. I have never witnessed anyone be so rude to their customers. A serious change needs to be made to this store, the manager was so rude to a customer near us. We walked in looking to purchase a new phone and plan and after seeing the way she handled the situation we left.

If I could give zero stars I would Steph the manager is the rudest manager Ive ever dealt with. Right off the bat when we were speaking to another consultant she was argumentative and dismissed what opus had said over the phone. There was a small scratch across the screen which Optus said they would adhere to a warranty claim. Instead she said no it was insurance yet it was a system glitch which is under warranty. The guy called Optus who said it was still under warranty but he disagreed said it was majorly damaged due to her- it is not. My wife said its a scratch and we would be putting a complaint in for her to interrupt and said we were being rude while looking down her nose. Told her she was the one being rude and that she wasnt even dealing with us she didnt have to put her two cents in.. threatened to kick us out even though we werent aggressive like she was, we stated we wont be spoken to like that she didnt need to jump in and she grabbed the phone off the guy who was dealing with us while he was on the phone to Optus and kicked us out the store. Get a new manager even speaks to her staff like rubbish. Also wouldnt tell us her name or give a business card after us repeatedly asking to make a complaint.
