Everything from the original phone call tot he aftersales service was really good. the only thing that detracted from the experience was finding packaging(zip ties) ont he drive way and a bit of conduit on the verandah.

We spoke to instyle solar almost 2 years ago, at point of sale we were shown charts and promised if we went for the biggest system they offered we would not only not only generate enough power to not have an electricity bill, we would also generate enough electricity to recieve a credit on our solar which would pay for our installments. We decided to use instyle solar and from there it has been nothing but trouble at first we noticed not only that we wern't generating any credit we were also not generating enough solar to cover our electricity bill. We called inslyle solar and they explained that we had the wrong plan which we were told at point of sale they would organise and find the best plan for us. We then did more research found the best plan we could and are still not getting anywhere near the return we were promised. We tried multiple times to contact instyle solar and at every point we were sent around in circles with no one taking ownership for the misinformation we recieved. At this point in time we will only break even on this solar system in about 32years. We are extremely disappointed and heartbroken with how we have been treated and have no idea where to go from here.
