Australia Post - Warner LPO

I have actively avoided this post office for a while. unfortunately I had to go in today. staff are a mess + long wait time. fit out is so old and dirty. Australia Post really need to make this an actual post office. I'm sure the Newsagency would be happy to split the tenancy and pay less rent.

When you post something from this LPO they seem to leave the parcel lying around in the store for a week or so before getting it picked up. Happens every time and I have had to move to another LPO to save the extra weeks delay on everything.

Ive never had to post a parcel before and had no idea what I was doing. That was the first thing I said to the lady at the counter and she was so lovely helping me go through the process of what I needed to do. Had a nice conversation while writing the info out, and I was relieved I had help

A prime example of incompetence and unprofessionalism in running a business. Senior staff are totally disorganised, rude and abrupt. Australia post needs to investigate this LPO and bring it to an acceptable standard.

Hopeless lady has to retire, she is rude, she can not find things. She is not helpful at all. Please give someone else that job. Very disappointing.
