The Lott

Im new to this area and Ive been playing my usual lotto games at the Kensington village store and in two weeks they have cost me $50.00! One of the women gave me wrong tickets, I understand I should have checked my tickets Im too trusting, and my usual tickets had won around $40.00. Last week I took my tickets to play again and collect winnings but the elderly man didnt know what he was doing so I picked up my tickets and walked out. Today I realised I hadnt picked up my lotto card so I returned to get it. He had paid me for two of three winnings so I went to a different store to collect the remaining winnings only to discover the man had paid the tickets out and I cant get my money now because hes right and Im wrong. He stands behind the counter and wont listen so whatever he says goes. I cant get my money back so hes making money by theft and deception. Plus the other people working there back him up even though they werent there! I told him hes going to go broke because he doesnt know what hes doing and shouldnt be handling money. Im probably wrong because hes actually making money by ripping people off!

I hate it when my parcels are sent here for pickup. They have terrible opening hours and the place is a complete dump. Also, the staff are old and so slow. It's taken over 5 minutes in the past to find and retrieve a package from their storeroom.

I mean... come on. I rang up to check if my parcel was there and she was so rude and I was polite as per usual in phone calls where youre seeking information. She told me yeeeeaa its here and just as I went to thank her she hung up on me. I rang back and she said well we were done. But thats not how polite business phone calls operate. Shes just the same when I have to go in of an arvo to pick up a parcel cause Rob the courier for Fastway never knocks and just leaves a slip. I dread it. No hospitality at all. They hate serving you. The stores stuffy and its a mood killer. Just so rude.
