Building with Pantha Homes has been a night mare. We have been in our home 8 months now and are still waiting for them to finish it. Just wasted another day waiting for the painter, which was a no show. Pantha said wait till 10am tomorrow to hear from the painter, if not call them. What a joke. Poor customer service, it has been like this from the start. Is our home ever going to be finished?

Thank you very much to Pantha Homes for our amazing home. You were so accommodating to customise our design to make it suit our needs and our block, nothing seemed to be a hassle. Customer service was informative and prompt and we were kept well informed with emails and photographs of our build along the way - this was comforting considering it was the first time we had built. Would highly recommend you to anyone who was looking to build. Thank you again.

building with pantha, it has been very stressful, we try and get feed back about poor work and get no answers, only promises of return calls that never happen. hoping my home will turn out ok. Me again, still waiting for my home to be competed, hand over was to be this friday 4th dec 2015. So upset with the promise that it would be ready and it,s not, we have no water tank, no septic and no idea when we will be moving in, was to be finished on 17th nov 2015. We have packed all our furniture, because we were promised that it had to be ready by this time, now we are sleeping on the floor and living out of suit cases, i start my new job next week, so stressed. Pantha makes a lot of promises, that they don,t keep. Will let you know how we go. We are finally in our home, still not finished as yet, no surprise. first night in our home and the showers drains were blocked with rubbish, had to wait two days to fix the drains, painting was not finished, kitchen not finished,chip in new wooden floors, wires hanging out of brickwork, they promised again that they will fix the problems, still waiting. So disappointed with the quality of work nothing like you see in their display homes, when we complained about quality of the work they said it meets australian standard. Me again, we have been in our home about six weeks now, finally got our flooring fixed, kitchen as well, but still waiting for pantha to fix other problems, wires still hanging out of wall, cornice in kitchen and family rooms are cracking already, main bedroom sliding door is bowed, one of the down pipes leaks when we have rain, other defects are still waiting to be looked at, they did promise that they would be out this week, no one has turned up as yet, no surprise, more promises they don,t keep. Not happy with pantha at all. Still waiting to hear back from pantha, don,t trust them at all Me again 28th feb 2016 It was nice of the owner to make a visit to our home three weeks ago, he promised to send contractors out promptly to rectify the problems, that they promised to fix, before we moved in. They might not be major problems to pantha, but pantha keeps promising to fix them, but we are still waiting, yet you find time to write a response, please finish my home, that is all we ask 1st march 2016 Waited three and half hours today for the owner of pantha homes to fix the bedroom sliding door , only to find out it had to be painted first, i did ask the question about this last week, but no one got back to me. The owner was surprised that none of the contractors he rang had got back to us as yet. He promised again to look into this for us. Pantha said that they are only minor problems, wires hanging out of the wall, leaking gutter, sliding door in main bedroom warped, exposed gyprock joint, timber slopes down on the eaves, gaps in facia , poor paint work . It might be minor to them, but this our home. Hi me again 29th april 2016 we have been in our home for 4 months now and after many emails and phone calls, we have had the eaves replaced and painted, new door in our master bedroom, i finally have a wardrobe that i can close, they covered the loose wires hanging out of the house. It is sad they don,t have pride in their work. The builder did try and get the roof repaired properly, but dyamicbradview said it met industry standards, but told us that they sacked the guy who did it, no help to us, it still looked like crap. One roof guy was going to fix it and sent out all the new roofing, but the other guy said it fine it meets industry standard again no pride in their work. Just doing a list for the six month maintenance, cornices cracked, toilet loose, sanding and painting to front porch, garage door not working properly, so far. We had our six month inspection a month ago, and STILL waiting for Pantha to finish our home. Would like to see the end of this and enjoy my home. We waited all day for the painter to finish our home, he didn,t show, he could,t even ring, complained to pantha homes, they said they did all they could, WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS.
