So glad I was referred to Catherine. Last year I lost the 11kg that crept on during peri menopause. I have since kept it off (11 months). I feel much more confident. I did use the medication option and it can be expensive but Catherine has monitored me closely with regular appointments. Well worth it as far as Im concerned.
