        Trevor and Josh at MacGen went above and beyond to help us when we needed a new generator. They could have just sold us the generator we thought we wanted (like the previous place did) but instead they asked us to bring our food truck in to make sure it was the right size for us. They went through all our equipment taking peak current ratings. In the end they concluded that wed be okay with our first choice of generator and didnt try to sell us something bigger than we really needed. They also took their time to go through best practices using the unit to get longevity out of it. We chose to go to macgen because a few of their employees had approached us at events (during their days off) to recommend their place for servicing. Employees going out of their way to recommend their workplace on their day off says a lot about a place in my eyes.
