Everything was great until it came to installation. We waited for carpet to be the last thing to be done after spending $14000 on a full rumpus room renovation so there would be no paint or other damage done to the carpet. The installers left 2 big black smudge marks on two seperate newly sheeted and painted walls. Emailed Solomons with a video we took the night before the install to show the nearly finished room to our family mentioning that all that was left was for the carpet to go in first thing the next morning showing no marks and photos of the damage. Solomons said they would speak to their installers. 3 weeks and nothing. The marks wont come off. We have tried cleaning it that much that the walls are now damaged. Now out of pocket to repaint 2 large wall areas. Solomons should at least offer us some compensation and some of our money back but they couldnt even be bothered to return our email. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!

Solomons Brendale have been fantastic to deal with. Really helpful sales staff and they went out of their way to get us a very quick measure and quote. Installation was also painless with the installers turning up on time and swiftly getting the job done. We are really pleased with the results.

Really bad communication from the sales person and then I dealt with the manager that was abusive and very rude Wouldnt recommend this store at all
