After an hour on their "Chat with a human" it gets disconnected, trying to locate a parcel that was supposedly out for delivery this morning then was unable to deliver to to order incomplete. I ordered this from Sydney on Monday, understand Tuesday was a public holiday, left Sydney Wednesday, paid Courier so its here by the weekend, no signs of it and cant talk to anyone, son has now gone to depot to see if they can help... Frustrating, until they get their communications sorted do not use. I should of known with a 1.5 star rating, I wasnt dealing with champions.

Absolutely I was meant to have two parcels delivered and multiple times requested the parcel be left on premises if no one was home. Someone was home and they didnt even attempt to knock on the door just left and dropped it at depot such a horrible company

I mean, just look at the star rating - why would you even bother using these guys!? I've just been told a shipment from Brendale to Clayfield is going to take 4 days and perhaps longer if I want to drive the 15km myself and pick it up. How on earth Couriers Please is still operating is beyond me. 4wd Super Centre - have you actually looked at the reviews - do you care about the level of service being offered once your product leaves your store? It's now Monday, delivery ETA has been removed from my parcel tracking and replaced with 'if urgent please contact us'. The call centre number was almost impossible to track down. It's 300 361 000 tells me everything is on schedule then hangs up.

Completly incompeten and no customer service at all. Take weeks to deliver simple parcels and walk past the shop and say the shop is not there. Then when they loose the parcel they are almost completly unable to track or find these. They have cost me lots of money and everyone you talk to basicly says it is not their fault. If I could give less than 1 star i would. Do not use this company.

Im so upset, I had my wedding flowers couriered from Geebung to Sippy Downs. I didnt trust the driver because he didnt handle my parcel with care when I handed it to him and it was caught on our cameras. I asked him to be careful and he didnt seem to care. I contacted Couries please multiple times and they cant seem to help me or locate my driver. My box of clearly marked and I told them if they could deliver my package within the day to please did we it back from around the corner and they couldnt. Companys do not use them please. These guys dont care and they havent fixed there service in over 7 years since I used them at my previous work. Its actually gotten worse and they dont care to help and now Im crying because I dont know where my wedding flowers are and this is a sentimental item you cant replace.
