    Where do I start. Flexiglass Premium Sport canopy 2years old. Replaced rear window because of cracks in plastic surround (under warranty). Few months after this NEW window started cracking again. Out of warranty and was told its due to handling. Seriously, this ute hardly goes offroad. Plastic cracks all over. Worst canopy on the market at a premium price. STAY WELL CLEAR.

    Do not use this company, they don't even deserve one star. I bought a flexiglass canopy through them. The order was placed incorrectly by them requiring the window to be reordered which took months and months. Once installed the window leaked everytime it rained. I received no response from them about having it replaced even though it was within months of it being installed. The gas struts also rusted and the brake light had water in it. I had to go through the office of fair trading to get a reply from them about fixing the problems. The second window also leaked and had to be replaced again. The struts have rusted again and continuously come off their ball bearing, meaning the back window wont stay up. It is impossible to get an email reply or a phone call answered by their office and i have had to go back to the office of fair trading about them. I have never regretted buying off a company as much as i do this company.

    Ordered a high roof canopy for Ranger in October 2021, 4 months later and nothing but lies we're still waiting, no Doubt sold at a higher price at a TJM store (same company) * 4 weeks ago it was at the port of Melbourne, now it's been held up in Singapore, yes more lies.

    We had a large fit out completed on our new car, last of which was new tyres. We had expressed to TJM that we do a lot of outback travel and would be towing. We were assured the tyres recommended were the right tyres for us. We set off on a 3 week trip travelling on gravel roads, nothing like the roads we would usually travel on, they were simply gravel and not very corrugated. We experienced 2 tyres splitting and 1 punctured. Luckily we travel with 2 spares and were able to bung the other until we got. We have since spoken to the tyre manufacturer who have said we should never have been recommended those tyres for the style of travel and that they are not suitable for towing as they are not light truck tyres. We have since spoken to Aeroklas head office who have taken no responsibility. They simply don't want to know. A response along the lines of thanks for your feedback but off you go. We spent over $26k on that fit out. There were other issues like the suspension not being up to the weight of the rear bar that THEY installed but they tried to replace it so we've let that one go as just a rubbish product, lesson learned. However, the tyres could have been extremely dangerous for our family. We could have been stranded in the middle of nowhere should we have not been traveling with 2 spares or worse, we could have had a serious accident while towing. We're now out of pocket for a new set of tyres. No responsibility and clearly don't know or care about ensuring you get the best products for your needs as long as they make the sale.
