Marsha was able to assist our seed business gain clarity and confirmation of our target market, goals, direction, competition and products and services. Her ability to confirm our understanding of our competition, our overall market and the different components has been invaluable to our business and its development. Through developing an understanding of our business, the competition and the market, Marsha confirmed and assisted us in developing our initial implementation plan for moving into the market. Inspiring, insightful and practical. I've been working with Marsha on my Accounting and Bookkeeping business for four months and can't recommend the accelerate program highly enough. I came to Marsha at a time when it really wasn't in my budget to do so. I own and run a busy boutique travel agency in Brisbane, and was determined to continue during and after COVID. So after successfully receiving an adaptation grant I came to Marsha firstly in her ACCELERATE one-on-one programme, as I had an idea to pivot the business however had no idea how to price it and structure it. And the quicker I got it done the better. Marsha was nothing short of amazing. It was bedlam for me dealing with so many of my own client's and their anxieties as I unravelled and fought for their refunds and found ways to use their credits, and I kept getting distracted and off track and she was onto me. Kept me right on track, kept it simple and clear. I can never thank her enough. I did what I needed to do. I am now in her SHIFT group mentoring programme with all other different types of businesses. And the benefit of this is the accountability. We set goals that we need to achieve in the next month, this is after she has educated us on this month's focus. Whether it be Leadership, marketing, budgets etc. Her vast experience in so many facets of business I believe makes her unique, as does her very quick and adaptable mind. being a part of Marsha Boyles SHIFT mentoring group and having worked one on one doing ACCELERATE tailored business coaching and mentoring has been invaluable to me and my business. it has also kept me focused on my own strengths and weaknesses, it has taught me some very useful planning and time management tools which have dramatically improved my productivity.
