This facility was jointly funded by the QLD State Government and Moreton bay council. Went to have a look at what my rates bought me and was greeted by a locked gate and a sign by the club saying it's "NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC". This really annoys me how these clubs dictate who can enter public property. Rate payers like me helped fund your little club. They even have the nerve to charge people for membership.

Gone from old location that was COMPLETELY open to the public (excluding club events). Got full funding from the QLD government and Morten Bay council for a new location. Proceeds to close to the public. Then only opens at very selective times throughout the week and requires you to have a licence that costs $190 a year. On top of that, it's $5 entry each time! The absolute greed of Aus cycling and Pine Rivers Bmx. I'm also expecting that the old location will be left to rot or demolished in the near future. Do better.
