        So disappointed with your service and woeful communication. Placed an order on November 30 (one week before your Christmas cut off delivery date to WA) and it only shipped from your warehouse on December 20. When I placed my order your website stated that all orders would be dispatched within 3-4 business days. I've been tracking the parcel on Toll and thus far it's only travelled 20km in three days. Absolutely no chance of the parcel arriving in WA for Christmas.
